💼 Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver beginner-level English lessons focused on everyday communication and conversation
• Create a supportive, inclusive environment for senior learners from diverse backgrounds
• Prepare simple lesson materials and track weekly attendance
• Adjust instruction based on participant needs and feedback
🎯 Qualifications:
• Experience teaching ESL or facilitating adult education workshops
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy when working with older adults
• Ability to adapt lessons to various learning levels and paces
• English language proficiency demonstrated through education or standardized tests (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, CLB, or equivalent)
💰 Compensation:
• $22/hour
